These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SEONOS — the website audit service at seonos.com, including the free soft scan, the $1 deep page report, and monthly monitoring plans (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
SEONOS scans websites and reports on SEO, page speed, and technical health. Our offerings include:
We may add, change, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to paid plans.
Paid features require an account. Sign-in is handled through Google OAuth; SEONOS never sees or stores your Google password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use SEONOS only to scan websites that you own or are authorized to manage, and to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to attack, overload, or probe sites you do not control, to circumvent rate limits or anti-abuse measures, or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The Deep Page Report is a one-time charge of $1, billed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor.
Monitoring plans are billed monthly in advance. A monthly plan is a simple month-to-month agreement, not a long-term contract. There is no minimum term and you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Whole-Site monitoring includes up to 200 pages; additional capacity is billed at $10/month per extra 100 pages. If you change plans or page counts, charges adjust on your next billing cycle.
Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, since you retain access through the paid period. If a charge is clearly in error or the Service materially failed to deliver, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. The one-time $1 report charge is non-refundable once the report has been generated.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are handled by that processor and are not stored by SEONOS. You authorize us (through the processor) to charge your payment method for the plans and usage you select.
SEONOS provides analysis, recommendations, and monitoring. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, competition, and the changes you choose to make. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, conversion, or business result. Our reports are informational and do not constitute a promise of performance.
You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and the sites you scan. You grant us the permissions necessary to fetch, process, store, and report on that content in order to provide the Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be complete or accurate for every page or configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEONOS and its owners, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
You may stop using the Service and cancel paid plans at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including billing for amounts owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
