Questions, Answered Straight

No fine print, no runaround. Here’s exactly how SEONOS works, what each tier gives you, what it costs, and what we do with your data.

Getting Started

The Basics

What is SEONOS?

+

SEONOS is an SEO and site-health audit tool. It scans a web page and tells you where you stand — load speed, headings, titles and metas, mobile readiness, HTTPS and more — then shows you what to fix first. Start with a free one-page scan, upgrade to a $1 deep report when you want the full teardown, or go monthly to have your whole site watched for you.

Do I need an account to run the free scan?

+

No. The free scan needs no account, no card, and no login — just paste a URL and go. You only sign in when you move up to a paid report or a monthly plan, so we can save your history and run trend reports over time.

What can I scan?

+

Any public web page you own or have the right to audit — it doesn’t matter what it’s built on. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, a hand-coded site or a React app all work the same, because SEONOS reads the page the way a search engine does. See the full list of signals on What We Check.

How long does a scan take?

+

The free one-page scan returns in seconds. The $1 deep report takes a little longer because it samples speed several times from multiple sources and runs an AI content check — usually a minute or two, and you’ll get the finished report rather than waiting on a spinner.

What It Checks

Under The Hood

What’s in the free scan versus the $1 report?

+

The free scan is a quick one-sheet snapshot of a single page: load speed, multiple-H1 and heading checks, whether a title and meta description are present, mobile viewport, HTTPS and basic flags. The $1 deep report turns that one sheet into a 3–4 sheet teardown — speed sampled several times from multiple sources, keyword and ranking analysis, an AI snapshot content check, a full heading/meta/schema/alt audit and a prioritized fix list. A fuller breakdown lives on What We Check.

What is the AI snapshot verification?

+

On the deep report, AI reads an actual snapshot of your page and verifies the on-page text — the real words and word counts a visitor and a search engine would see — rather than trusting the raw code alone. It’s a cross-check that catches thin content, missing copy and pages that render differently than their source suggests.

How accurate is the speed and SEO data?

+

The speed and performance signals are PageSpeed / Lighthouse-grade — the same kind of measurement Google itself uses. The free scan takes a single reading; the deep report samples speed multiple times from multiple sources so one slow moment doesn’t skew the result, giving you a far more reliable picture of real-world performance.

Does it check keywords and rankings?

+

Yes — on the $1 deep report and every monthly plan. It analyzes what a page can realistically rank for, the keywords it’s actually targeting and their counts, so you can see whether your copy matches the searches you’re chasing. The free scan stays focused on technical health and doesn’t include ranking analysis.

Pricing & Plans

What It Costs

Is the free scan really free?

+

Yes — genuinely free. No card, no trial clock, no AI gimmicks. Run it on any page you own, as often as you like, and see where you stand.

What’s the $1 report?

+

A one-time $1 charge turns the quick free scan into a full 3–4 sheet deep report for a single page: multi-source speed sampling, keyword and ranking analysis, AI snapshot content verification, a complete heading/meta/schema audit and a prioritized fix list. One dollar, one page, one deep report — no subscription required. See it on the pricing page.

What’s the difference between the $10 and $20 plans?

+

The $10/mo Single-Page Watch re-runs the deep report on one page on a schedule, with daily/weekly/monthly reports and email alerts. The $20/mo Whole-Site Audit covers up to 200 pages, adds broken-page and non-rendering alerts, month-vs-month trends, and optional GA4 / Matomo / Nitro connections. In short: $10 watches one page for you, $20 watches your whole site.

What counts as a “page”?

+

A page is a single unique URL on your site — one post, product, category or landing page. The Whole-Site plan counts the distinct URLs it audits toward your included total, so you always know where you sit against the 200-page allotment.

What if my site is over 200 pages?

+

No problem — the Whole-Site plan simply adds $10/mo per additional 100 pages, automatically. There are no surprise invoices; you’ll always see the number up front before anything changes.

Is there a contract?

+

No. The monthly plans are a simple month-to-month agreement — not a long-term contract. No lock-in, no setup fees, no cancellation penalty.

How do I cancel?

+

Cancel anytime from your account settings — it takes effect at the end of your current billing period and there’s no fee to leave. If you ever need a hand, reach out and we’ll sort it out.

Data, Security & Integrations

Your Data

How do I sign in?

+

Paid accounts sign in with Google (OAuth) — no separate password to create, store or forget. Google handles the login; we just receive confirmation that it’s you. More on how we handle accounts is on our security page.

How long do you keep my data?

+

We retain your audit history for 60–90 days so we can run month-vs-month trend reports — and that window is configurable per account, so you can adjust how long we hold your history yourself in your settings.

Can I connect GA4 or Matomo?

+

Yes — on the Whole-Site plan you can connect Google Analytics 4 or Matomo so your audits sit right next to real traffic data. It’s a read-only connection you can revoke at any time; the reports page shows how that data shapes your monthly picture.

What’s the Nitro CRM bundle?

+

If you use — or are considering — the Nitro MGMT CRM, you can bundle it with SEONOS so your audits push straight into your CRM alongside your leads, under one login and one bill, at a bundle discount. It’s custom-priced to your setup; get in touch for the details.

Do you sell my data?

+

No. We never sell your data. Your audit history and any connected analytics are used to generate your reports — nothing more. You can see the full picture on our security page.
